Commitment not Cash

In todays Real estate world, agents are offered a lot of things to be at a brokerage. What are YOU giving though?

Desk fees, office fees, tech fees, training fees, quarterly dues, yearly dues. It can be a huge barrier to entry for this industry, especially if you have a month or two that you don't have any sales.

At Weichert Realtors-Generations, we look at things a lot more simply. Our fee structure is easy to understand. When you get a commission in, 8% comes off the commission to Weichert Corporate, and then we have our split. Thats it. nothing else at any time.

What we want from you is your commitment. Commitment to trying to grow your own business, to doing the activities that produce results. Commitment to being an honest, and ethical agent. Commitment to being a good person and a pillar in your community.
